Who released that cut?

Don't you just love when you find a scene in a movie that you think is a mistake and should have been picked up by someone who actually gets paid to look for them. This website has a list of their top 15 movie mistakes of all time. Some I knew, like porche in commando, and others I had no idea (like in the LOR and Harry Potter).
